Very poor service. Call and only get voice mail. Emails to Erika don't get answered in a timely matter. Going on day 3 with nothing still and I leave in a week with no e-tickets when it was paid in full a month ago. Still in limbo trying to figure out where my e-tickets are and if our group is confirmed for everything. Getting very frustrated as this is expensive to ignore last minute now.

Umm down sizing the rating because had Barbados package in 2019 got cancelled due to COVID Erika Duddy did a good job at first with our Jamaican trip had a credit left so we went to Playa Mejures promised Butler and Adult Scene when we got there we got the room but on the regular side and got woken up at 3:00 am to screaming kids we expressed we didn't want this sent 2 emails and nothing about it. I hope we get reimbursed for services we did not receive

My husband and I booked our Honeymoon (Aug 28 to Sept 4) to Jamaica with Jennifer Starzynski from Flight Centre at Upper Canada Mall. Jennifer was such a delight to work with! We came to Jennifer with our destination and resort of selection in hand, and she helped us book and finalize everything. Jennifer gave us the ins and outs of Montego Bay in Jamaica, and explained our resort, Grand Rose Hall Iberostar. She was patient, kind, and very thorough with her explanations. We are truly appreciative for Jennifer and thank her very much! We highly recommend using Flight Centre and asking for Jennifer because she takes the stress off with booking yourself! Cheers! Visited the shop on October 7, 2023. Highly recommend Francine. We had been in touch since mid-September. Francine ensured to keep my tickets on hold. I expressed my thought I would be willing to pay little extra because the prices increase week to week. Although Francine wasn't there, it was Saj who was there on behalf of Francine. Big shoutout to their high level of Customer Service, kindess, generosity, etc.

I am a person who travel a lot, at least 2 times per year. My experience here was the worst in my life. Erika put wrong names in 2 tickets( my mom’s tickets and my wife’s tickets) and I was trying for 10 days to reach her and email her every day and she never responded back to this day She told me that she gone help me and apply for ETA for my parents who coming in Canada for a month and she never did it. After 10 days my wife walked in and someone else took care and changed the names after she was waiting for 3 hours. Worst experience ever. I will never ever will book tickets with them again.

Just finished booking our next trip with Francine from Flight Centre in Newmarket. She was fantastic as always to deal with. She has been booking our trips for over 7 years now and I can't imagine booking with anyone else. Our next trip is to Maui with extended layovers in L.A. and Vancouver and she was great with getting everything booked with our unique schedule.

I go to this location to simply see what shirt the Location Manager Saj is wearing! Great team, they know their stuff, 5 STAR - I will only book my travel with this team!
